Peace Out's New Acne Treatment

Say hello to Peace Out’s first-ever topical acne treatment! We know you love treating pimples with Peace Out Acne Healing Dots but when you need an allover acne-fighter for blemishes, oiliness, and enlarged pores, Peace Out Acne Serum is here for your skin. The lightweight serum uses key ingredients including Salicylic acid, Triluronic acid, and Centella Asiatica extract, to penetrates pores and eliminate blemishes and blackheads.

Peace Out Acne Serum doesn’t just stop at reducing breakouts. It also contains ingredients to reduce inflammation, brighten post-acne marks, diminish the appearance of enlarged pores, and helps heal and calm the skin. Below, get to the bottom of each ingredient and learn how Peace Out Acne Serum can give you clearer, smoother skin overnight.

The 411 on Ingredients: We chose each specific ingredient to target a different acne concern for allover clear skin that glows from within—not from excess oil. First up is a powerful breakout-fighter you’ve probably heard of: salicylic acid. This 2% salicylic acid formula clears acne blemishes and prevents new ones from forming. Salicylic acid can penetrate deep into your pores to unclog ‘em, dissolve dead skin cells, and reduce inflammation (those red zits).

Niacinamide and vitamin C are the next ingredients and they have a different type of job than just fighting acne. These potent ingredients help brighten the appearance of post-breakout hyperpigmentation, as well as control oils to help keep pores clear. They’re key for reducing acne marks and creating an overall more even skin tone.

To sooth and heal skin, Centella Asiatica extract is an ingredient you might not have heard of but you’ll be surprised by its skin-calming properties. The ancient herb supports healthy skin with its amino acids, beta carotene, fatty acids, and phytochemicals. It works alongside Triluronic acid to sooth, heal and hydrate skin—especially during a breakout.

To help reduce the appearance of pores, we added Miniporyl, also known as Red clover extract, to decrease sebum production. Finally, zinc, an essential mineral with anti-inflammatory properties, has been shown to reduce redness and irradiation. It also helps control acne and decrease sebum production.

How to Use Peace Out Acne Serum: Adding this new acne-fighting serum to your skincare routine is surprisingly easy. On cleansed, dry skin, apply the lightweight serum to your face and neck both morning and night. Let the serum dry and apply a moisturizer and, if using in the morning, a broad-spectrum SPF. Have a particularly pus-filled pimple you want to target? Pop on a Peace Out Acne Healing Dot first before applying serum to the rest of your face. Wake up to smoother, clearer skin you’ve always wanted.
