Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days; however, processing times may be delayed. Please be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to increased volume. As a result, shipments may be delayed while in transit.
What shipping methods does Peace Out provide?
Our standard shipping method for domestic and international orders is USPS First Class mail. Customers have the option to pay more for USPS Priority Mail shipping. All shipments include USPS tracking numbers, and customers will automatically receive their tracking numbers via email once the postage has been created.
Where does Peace Out ship to?
We currently ship to United Kingdom, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates! Please note that this may list may be affected by Covid-19. When will my order ship? Are there shipping delays due to Covid-19?
We ship orders Monday-Friday and work hard to fulfill each order as quickly as we can. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1-2 days. Orders may take a little longer to ship out whenever we have a major sale or promotion. Please be patient as we're working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as we can!

Please note that many mail carriers are still experiencing staffing shortages and delays due to the aftermath of Covid-19. If the destination of your shipment is outside of the U.S., please allow even more time than usual for shipping.
How can my order qualify for free U.S. shipping?
We currently offer free standard shipping on all US orders.
I paid for 2-day shipping and my order didn't arrive on time. What can I do?
Peace Out ships orders via USPS and offers two service options - First Class Mail and Priority Mail. First Class Mail is the more economical option and Priority Mail is a great option for those who need their order delivered quicker.

USPS estimated delivery times are not a guaranteed commitment. Delays are possible no matter which shipping option you choose. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, your best bet is to order as early as possible. Peace Out does not refund paid shipping costs in cases of USPS delays.
Will my order be subject to customs, fees or duty tax?
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs. As this varies per country, prices are calculated by your local government. Peace Out is not responsible for custom fees or duty taxes.
What is Route Shipping Protection?
Route Shipping Protection can help protect you if your order is lost, damaged or stolen. It's quick and easy to file a claim if you have a problem and Route will follow-up with USPS directly to investigate the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order after its been placed?
We recommend that you always double check all the information before checking out. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at. What if my order arrives damaged, or there is missing product?
Please reach out to our customer service team via info@peaceoutinc.com for any order issues. Be sure to include the LOT# located on the bottom of your product box in your initial email so we can best assist you. We’re standing by and will do everything on our end to ensure 100% transparency on sorting out your order.

Please note that Peace Out does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
I cancelled my subscription but my order still shipped. Why?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@peaceoutinc.com or logging into your Peace Out account. No further orders will be processed once your subscription has been cancelled.

If you cancel your subscription after a recent order was processed, that order will still ship. If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel the recent order, please contact us right away at info@peaceoutinc.com. Since the order fulfillment process has already been initiated, we cannot guarantee we can stop the shipment, but will do our best to cancel it before it ships out.
Where can I purchase Peace Out products?
Our only verified retailers are Sephora, Sephora.com, select Sephoras at Kohl's locations, Cult Beauty (UK), Boots UK and on our direct website. Peace Out Skincare products are for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited.

How do I return a product?
If you don’t love your Peace Out purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order at info@peaceoutinc.com to start the return process.
Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?
Yes. You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning for a refund. A refund will be processed once we receive the product back. Please note that if a return item is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
What are the restrictions for the Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotion?
30% off promotion starts on 11/16 @ 12:00 AM PT ends on 11/30 @ 11:59 PM PT. Not applicable for gift card or subscription purchases. Cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions. Can I apply more than one promo code to my order?
Promotion codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. Promo codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted, like our kits and bundles. All of our kits and bundles are already marked down 20% or higher, so the discount will be added automatically.

Promo codes cannot be used on orders containing a subscription item, as subscriptions are already discounted as well. If you are having issues with a promo code, please make sure your order meets all of the qualifications of the promotion (i.e. your cart doesn't contain an already discounted kit or a subscription and you haven't already entered a promo code).

Are Peace Out Skincare products clean?
All of our products are free of: Sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates,retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban.
Are Peace Out product boxes recyclable?
Yes! Our product boxes are 100% recyclable. And our Peace Out Puffy Eye patches are also biodegradable.
Are Peace Out Skincare products suitable for all skin types?
They are! All Peace Out Products are suitable for all skin types, but we suggest conducting a sensitivity test for new users. Apply a dot to an affected area, if no discomfort occurs, follow the directions on the box.
How is Peace Out Skincare different?

Can I re-use the same patch/dot/product twice?
We don’t recommend it. To avoid transferring excess bacteria and oil from the first use, we strongly advise using a new patch/dot/product each time.
Can I use Peace Out Skincare when I’m pregnant?
We always advise that you consult with your doctor before using any skincare products while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Are Acne Dots safe for children that are just starting to break out?
Yes, these are safe for children 12+, but we recommend only leaving the Acne Dots on for 6 hours with children younger than 16.
How long do I keep the products on? Can I leave products on longer than 6-8 hours?
You can leave Peace Out Acne, Peace Out Pores, and Peace Out Dark Spots on overnight while you sleep. We recommend leaving the dots or patches on for a minimum of 6 hours. We recommend using Peace Out Puffy Eyes for a maximum of 15 minutes.
How do I know that my Peace Out Pores products are working?
Instead of ripping out dirt, sebum, and excess oil from your pores like the leading competitors strips, our powerful ingredients and innovative dressing liquefy the dirt, bacteria, sebum, and excess oil from your pores, giving you a deeper (less painful) clean. When used consistently, Peace Out Pores will liquefy and extract the build up deep within your pores, preventing blackheads. When you remove your Peace Out Pores strips, you may see little white pockets on the used bandage, these pockets are indicative of the bacteria, dirt, sebum, and excess oil that was extracted.
How many times a week can I use Peace Out Skincare products? Can I use everyday?
You can use Peace Out Puffy Eyes and Peace Out Acne as needed. We recommend using Peace Out Pores and Peace Out Dark Spots 2-3 times a week until you see your desired results.
When should I use Peace Out products in my skincare routine?
You should use Peace Out Acne, Peace Out Pores, and Peace Out Dark Spots on freshly cleansed, dry skin to assure correct adherence. Any products beneath the hydrocolloid bandage can cause it to slip, therefore not delivering intended results.
Can you put makeup (foundation or concealer) on top of Acne Dots?
Yes, you can put product on top of an Acne Dot.
Can I cut the Pore Strips and Blackhead Strips in half to better fit my face?
Yes, you can cut the Pore Strips and Blackhead Strips to target specific areas of the face, or to better suit the natural curvature of your bone structure.
What’s the difference between the Pore Strip and the Blackhead Strip?
Peace Out Pores Pore Strips and Blackhead Strips are the same material, with the same ingredients. The only difference between the product is the shape, the Pore Strip is rectangular to target cheeks, chin, and forehead, while the Blackhead Strip is shaped to contour to your nose.
What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?
Discontinue use of the product immediately.
