What shipping methods does Peace Out provide?
Our standard ship method for US orders is DHL Smartmail Expedited Max with final delivery made by USPS. The ship method for international orders can vary based on country. All shipments include tracking numbers, and customers will automatically receive their tracking numbers via email once the postage has been created.
Where does Peace Out ship to?
You will find the list of countries we ship to in the dropdown during checkout. The list is constantly being updated due to new laws and restrictions to importing products.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday–Friday and work hard to fulfill each order as quickly as we can. Most orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey within 2–3 business days. Orders may take a little longer to ship out whenever we have a major sale or promotion. Please be patient as we're working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as we can! If the destination of your shipment is outside of the U.S., please understand that your order will need to complete the customs process and that will affect total shipping time.
How can my order qualify for free U.S. shipping?
We currently offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $45. Orders must total $45+ after all discounts have been applied to qualify.
Will my order be subject to customs, fees or duty tax?
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs. As this varies per country, prices are calculated by your local government. Peace Out is not responsible for custom fees or duty taxes.
What is Route Package Protection?
Route Package Protection can help protect you if your order is lost, damaged or stolen. It's quick and easy to file a claim if you have a problem and Route will follow-up with USPS directly to investigate the issue. Please note – Peace Out Skincare is not responsible for any order marked delivered by your local mail carrier.
Order delays
USPS is currently experiencing delays all over the US. This does not mean your package delivery will be delayed, but it is a possibility. Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the package. We have no way to get the package delivered any faster or obtain additional information other than what is posted online with your tracking information. If your package does experience a delay, we ask that you be patient. Your package is on its way! Should you have any additional questions, please reach out to us at info@peaceoutskincare.com.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
We recommend that you always double check all the information before placing your order. Once an order is placed, that information is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Team and the shipping process is initiated. If you have made an error entering your shipping address, need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@peaceoutinc.com. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to update the information or cancel the order before it ships, we will make every effort to do so.
What if my order arrives damaged, or there is missing product?
Please reach out to our customer service team via info@peaceoutinc.com for any order issues. Be sure to include the LOT# located on the bottom of your product box in your initial email, so we can best assist you. You may also be asked to submit photos of any damaged items. We're standing by and will do everything on our end to ensure 100% transparency on sorting out your order. If approved, we will send a replacement or ship the appropriate amount of product to correct the issue. Please note – Peace Out does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Where can I purchase Peace Out products?
Our only verified retailers are Sephora, Sephora.com, select Sephoras at Kohl's locations, Ulta Beauty, Amazon, Cult Beauty (UK), Boots UK and on our direct website. Peace Out Skincare products are for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited. Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the integrity of our products if purchased outside of these retailers.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Peace Out online account or by contacting us at info@peaceoutinc.com. No further orders will be processed once your subscription has been cancelled. If you cancel your subscription after a recent order was processed, that order will still ship. If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel the recent order, please contact us right away at info@peaceoutinc.com. Since the order fulfillment process has already been initiated, we cannot guarantee we can stop the shipment, but will do our best to cancel it before it ships out.
How do I return a product?
If you are not totally satisfied with your Peace Out product(s), please send an email to info@peaceoutinc.com within 30 days and let us know the reason why you'd like to return the product(s). If approved, we'll provide mailing instructions. Simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please Note: Only items purchased on www.peaceoutskincare.com will be accepted for return. If you purchased your Peace Out product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?
Yes. You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning for a refund. A refund will be processed once we receive the product back. Please note that if a return item is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
