SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Why Are There Shipping Delays? (Orders Placed Between 10/9 -10/21)

We are working on a massive inventory update with our logistics partner. We will not be able to fulfill any orders until this update is complete.

What shipping methods does Peace Out provide?
Our standard ship method for US orders is DHL Smartmail Expedited Max with final delivery made by USPS. The ship method for international orders can vary based on country. All shipments include tracking numbers, and customers will automatically receive their tracking numbers via email once the postage has been created.
Where does Peace Out ship to?
You will find the list of countries we ship to in the dropdown during checkout. The list is constantly being updated due to new laws and restrictions to importing products.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday-Friday and work hard to fulfill each order as quickly as we can. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Orders may take a little longer to ship out whenever we have a major sale or promotion. Please be patient as we're working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as we can!

If the destination of your shipment is outside of the U.S., please understand that your order will need to complete the customs process and that will affect total shipping time.
How can my order qualify for free U.S. shipping?
We currently offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders must total $35+ after all discounts have been applied to qualify.
Will my order be subject to customs, fees or duty tax?
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs. As this varies per country, prices are calculated by your local government. Peace Out is not responsible for custom fees or duty taxes.
What is Route Package Protection?
Route Package Protection can help protect you if your order is lost, damaged or stolen. It's quick and easy to file a claim if you have a problem and Route will follow-up with USPS directly to investigate the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order after its been placed?
We recommend that you always double check all the information before placing your order. Once an order is placed, that information is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Team and the shipping process is initiated. If you have made an error entering your shipping address, need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@peaceoutinc.com.

While we cannot guarantee we will be able to update the information or cancel the order before it ships, we will make every effort to do so.
What if my order arrives damaged, or there is missing product?
Please reach out to our customer service team via info@peaceoutinc.com for any order issues. Be sure to include the LOT# located on the bottom of your product box in your initial email, so we can best assist you. You may also be asked to submit photos of any damaged items. We’re standing by and will do everything on our end to ensure 100% transparency on sorting out your order. If approved, we will send a replacement or ship the appropriate amount of product to correct the issue.

Please note - Peace Out does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
I cancelled my subscription but my order still shipped. Why?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Peace Out online account or by contacting us at info@peaceoutinc.com. No further orders will be processed once your subscription has been cancelled.

If you cancel your subscription after a recent order was processed, that order will still ship. If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel the recent order, please contact us right away at info@peaceoutinc.com. Since the order fulfillment process has already been initiated, we cannot guarantee we can stop the shipment, but will do our best to cancel it before it ships out.
Where can I purchase Peace Out products?
Our only verified retailers are Sephora, Sephora.com, select Sephoras at Kohl's locations, Ulta Beauty, Amazon, Cult Beauty (UK), Boots UK and on our direct website. Peace Out Skincare products are for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited.

How do I return a product?
If you are not totally satisfied with your Peace Out product(s), please send an email to info@peaceoutinc.com within 30 days and let us know the reason why you'd like to return the product(s). If approved, we'll provide mailing instructions. Simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

Please Note: Only items purchased on www.peaceoutskincare.com will be accepted for return. If you purchased your Peace Out product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?
Yes. You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning for a refund. A refund will be processed once we receive the product back. Please note that if a return item is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
PROMO CODES, GIFT CARDS AND PAYMENT METHODS
Does Peace Out offer promo/discount codes?
If you aren’t already subscribed to our SMS program, please do! We offer a 15% promo code to our subscribers for their first purchase. You'll also be the first to know about other sales and promotions!

To join, scroll down on this page to the black footer of the website and enter your phone number. That way, you can also be on our “early access” list for any new announcements, promotions, and expansions that are happening! If you've already used this promo, check out our kits which are always discounted at 20% off or higher. You can also subscribe to any product to save 15% on your autoship orders.

*Promo codes cannot be applied to already discounted products (kits, bundles or subscriptions), limited edition products or brand new products (for the first month).
Can I apply more than one promo/discount code to my order?
Promotion/discount codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
Are any products excluded from discounts?
Promo codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted (like our kits, bundles or subscriptions), limited edition products or our brand new Peace Out products. All of our kits and bundles are already marked down 20% or higher, so the discount will be added automatically.

If you are having issues with a promo code, please make sure your order meets all of the qualifications of the promotion (e.g. your cart doesn't contain an already discounted kit or a subscription and you haven't already entered a promo code).

What forms of payment does Peace Out accept?
We accept various forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and ApplePay.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed at check-out by entering the gift card code into the promo code section. If you need help, please contact our customer service team at info@peaceoutinc.com.

Is Peace Out Skincare cruelty-free?
Yes, all Peace Out Skincare products are vegan and PETA-certified cruelty free.
Are Peace Out Skincare products clean?
All of our products meet the Clean at Sephora guidelines and are free from ingredients, such as: Sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban.
Are Peace Out product boxes recyclable?
Yes! Our product boxes are 100% recyclable. And our Peace Out Puffy Eye patches are also biodegradable.
Are Peace Out Skincare products suitable for all skin types?
They are! All Peace Out Products are suitable for all skin types, but we suggest conducting a sensitivity test for new users. Apply the product, patch, or dot to an affected area and if no discomfort occurs, follow the directions on the box.
How is Peace Out Skincare different?

Can I re-use the same patch/dot/product twice?
We don’t recommend it. To avoid transferring excess bacteria and oil from the first use, we strongly advise using a new patch/dot/product each time. Also, our innovative patches have dissolving microneedles that cannot be used more than once.
Can I use Peace Out Skincare when I’m pregnant?
We always advise that you consult with your doctor before using any skincare products while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Are Acne Dots safe for children that are just starting to break out?
Yes, these are safe for children 12+, but we recommend only leaving the Acne Dots on for 6 hours with children younger than 16.
How long do I keep the products on? Can I leave products on longer than 6-8 hours?
You can leave Peace Out Acne, Peace Out Pores, Peace Out Wrinkles, and Peace Out Dark Spots on overnight while you sleep. We recommend leaving the dots or patches on for a minimum of 6 hours. We recommend using Peace Out Puffy Eyes for a maximum of 15 minutes.
How do I know that my Peace Out Pores products are working?
Instead of ripping out dirt, sebum, and excess oil from your pores like the leading competitors strips, our powerful ingredients and innovative dressing liquefy the dirt, bacteria, sebum, and excess oil from your pores, giving you a deeper (less painful) clean. When used consistently, Peace Out Pores will liquefy and extract the build up deep within your pores, preventing blackheads. When you remove your Peace Out Pores strips, you may see little white pockets on the used bandage, these pockets are indicative of the bacteria, dirt, sebum, and excess oil that was extracted.
When should I use Peace Out patch products in my skincare routine?
You should use Peace Out Acne, Peace Out Pores, Peace Out Wrinkles, and Peace Out Dark Spots on freshly cleansed, dry skin to assure correct adherence. Any products beneath the hydrocolloid bandage can cause it to slip or lead to irritation, therefore not delivering intended results.
Can you put makeup (foundation or concealer) on top of Acne Dots?
Yes, you can put product on top of an Acne Dot. In fact, our Acne Day Dots are designed for it!
Can I cut the Pore Strips and Blackhead Strips in half to better fit my face?
Yes, you can cut the Pore Strips and Blackhead Strips to target specific areas of the face, or to better suit the natural curvature of your bone structure.
What’s the difference between the Pore Strip and the Blackhead Strip?
Peace Out Pores Pore Strips and Blackhead Strips are the same material, with the same ingredients. The only difference between the product is the shape, the Pore Strip is rectangular to target cheeks, chin, and forehead, while the Blackhead Strip is shaped to contour to your nose.
What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?
Discontinue use of the product immediately.
